Event Terms & Conditions

Registration & Payment

My spot is confirmed once payment has been received. Registration is for the individual named at the time of purchase and may not be transferred to another person without prior approval from The Recharge Suite.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Because events are intentionally kept small and many event expenses are committed in advance, refunds will not be provided if I am unable to attend for any reason.

If The Recharge Suite must cancel the event, I will receive a refund of the amount I paid for the retreat. The Recharge Suite is not responsible for additional expenses I may incur related to attending the event, including travel, lodging, transportation, or other personal expenses.

Event Changes

I understand that the retreat schedule, activities, facilitators, food, amenities, and other details may be adjusted when necessary. The Recharge Suite will make reasonable efforts to provide an experience consistent with the retreat as described, but specific activities or vendors are not guaranteed.

Participation & Personal Responsibility

Events may include facilitated discussions, reflection exercises, creative activities, chair massage, and other optional experiences. I understand that I am responsible for determining which activities are appropriate for me and may choose not to participate in any activity.

I understand that events are intended for personal development, reflection, relaxation, and connection. They are not not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial treatment or advice.

Food, Allergies & Dietary Needs

I am responsible for notifying The Recharge Suite in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate dietary needs, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Assumption of Risk & Release

I understand that participation in an in-person event involves ordinary risks associated with travel, movement, food and beverage consumption, activities, and interactions with other participants and vendors. I voluntarily assume responsibility for my participation and, to the extent permitted by law, release The Recharge Suite, its owner, facilitators, vendors, and event venue from claims arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Photography & Media Release

Photography and/or video may be taken during events. By attending, I give The Recharge Suite permission to photograph or record me and to use those images or recordings for business, marketing, social media, website, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

If I do not wish to appear in identifiable photographs or video, I understand that I should notify The Recharge Suite in writing before the event so reasonable efforts can be made to honor my request.

Respect & Confidentiality

The retreat is designed to be a comfortable environment for honest conversation and connection. I agree to treat other participants respectfully and to respect the privacy of personal stories or information shared by other participants during the retreat.

I understand that The Recharge Suite will encourage participants to respect one another's privacy but cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.

Conduct

The Recharge Suite reserves the right to ask a participant to leave the event if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, threatening, or significantly interferes with the experience of other participants. A participant asked to leave for these reasons will not be entitled to a refund.

Agreement

By checking “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” and submitting payment, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
