My Story

I was really good at "what's next?"

For most of my career, you could give me any challenge, or a problem to solve, or a team to lead, and I was all in. Eventually, that path led me to become president of a technology company, leading an incredible team through growth and change.

From the outside, it looked like success. And in many ways, it was.

Then my career took an unexpected turn.

For the first time in a long time, I had space to ask a different question. Instead of "What's next?" I asked "What kind of life do I actually want to build?"

I realized I'd spent so much time chasing the next goal that I'd quietly tied much of my identity to my career. My work was meaningful. My calendar was full. But somewhere along the way, I'd started managing my life more than I was actually living it.

I've been fascinated by something I hadn't thought much about while I was busy building my career:

Why can you have a life that looks successful on paper... and still feel like something is missing?

I started exploring my own relationship with success, identity, purpose, work, and what it means to build a life that feels good... not just one that looks good.
And I realized I didn't want to stop achieving or dreaming big. I just wanted success to include actually enjoying the life I was building.

That's the idea behind The Recharge Suite.

Today, I bring together my experience as an executive, strategist, coach, and travel advisor to create opportunities for people who make things happen to step away from the constant doing, gain perspective, and reconnect with what matters.

Because you've worked too hard building a good life to spend all of it managing your to-do list.

Lessons I wish I'd learned sooner

Rest isn't a reward.

It's the foundation. You don't earn recharge by grinding harder — you build the good life by protecting it.

Buzzwords are boring.

You don't need another productivity system or manifestation journal. You need honest conversation and practical ideas that fit real life.

Fun counts as strategy.

A well-lived life is a legitimate metric. If it's not on your calendar, it's not going to happen on accident.
